This item has a uniquely designed nozzle that attached to a collapsible funnel. 
 
When your washer fluid is running low, stretch out the funnel, push the nozzle into the bottle aperature ... and ... hey presto ... you've got a far bigger target, in a far more accessable place. 
 
Once topped up collapse the funnel and stow away, ready for next time.
